India Festival 2008 - Masala Dosa Stall

Arizona Malayalees Association continued the tradition of participating in the India festival organized by the Indo American Association. The Arizona Malyalees Association setup a beautifully decorated booth to sell Masala Dosas, Lassi, Bhajis, etc.

The stall would not have been possible without the active participation of the community. Many community members volunteered to prepare the batter, masala, and other ingredients and many other volunteers came to the stall and actually made piping hot Dosas!
